“Helping Hannah Benefit” Concert
“Helping Hannah” is a benefit for a 13-year-old child suffering from Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, which attacks the nervous system. The affliction causes chronic and debilitating pain.
Hannah’s father, Derek Bernard, is founder of the famous local band, Derek and The Slammers, so it was only fitting that other local groups agreed to band together to raise funds for Hannah’s medical bills. We will raise funds through ticket sales, sponsors and through items sold at a silent auction. 100% of all fundraising dollars go directly to madical bills incurred by the Bernard family.
Just in case helping out a great cause weren’t enough some of Orlando’s favorite entertainers will be on hand to thrill the crowds at one of our towns best music venues, BB Kings Blues Club in Pointe Orlando. Musical entertainment will feature The Blues Brother Revival, a band sanctioned by the John Belushi Estate, as well as:
- Derek and the Slammers
- Heart Attack Diner
- Iced Down
- The Poker Dogs
